Shower.

If you have just worked out don't bother taking a shower until at least 10 minutes after. By the time you get out of the shower you will still be sweating and this means it was almost pointless.

Before getting out of the shower wipe yourself off with your hands. This will get most of the water off you. This also means that more water will stay in the shower and not on the bathroom floor, it also means it will take less time to dry yourself.

Pro-tip: Remember to clean behind your ears and make sure to blow your nose into your hand. People don't realise how much dirt gets up your nose.

I agree and do this most of the time after or before shower while I'm in the bathroom.

  3. One way to avoid that sweating/workout/shower problem is to take a cold shower. It HURTS but it will get you clean and it will wake you up. It'll also close your pores very fast.

  7. Another tip, you don't need to use shampoo everyday, it washes out your natural oils and is bad for your scalp. Try every other day, and rinse it out with just water on the others days.

  9. This is something I've been doing for years. It's odd how so many of my friends don't understand that when I get back from a workout, I need to wait until the sweating stops to take a shower, thereby delaying my arrival. It's just necessary.
